Howard Weiner, CEO
Builderfinish.com was founded in June 2000 by Howard Weiner, who has almost twenty years experience as both a developer and general contractor. Through his contracting and development experience, Weiner has developed over 180 million dollars of projects -- the majority of which were for residential sale. Mr. Weiner is also CEO of Dearborn Development Corp. (DDC) in Chicago, Illinois. Builderfinish has assembled a multi-disciplined team using new hires, the existing resources of Dearborn Development Corp and third party contractors to execute the Builderfinish concept. Glenn Emig, CFO
Mr Emig joined Dearborn Development in January 2000. Prior to joining DDC, Mr. Emig was Chief Operating Officer of JMB Realty Corporation. Prior to joining JMB in 1979, Mr Emig was a Senior Auditor at Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. Mr Emig received a BA from the University of Kentucky in 1970 and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business in 1977, after serving five years in the US Army.

Don Eugenio, VP Sales
Mr. Eugenio has almost twenty years experience in the fields of advertising and media. Prior to joining the company in September 2000, Mr. Eugenio was Director of Sales in the Midwest for Real Media. From 1983 through 1999 Mr Eugenio was in advertising sales for New York Times Publishing (Golf Digest and Golf World) and American Express Publishing (Food and Wine magazine).

Sel Bayhack, COO
Mr. Bayhack joined Builderfinish from Equis Corporation, a privately held international corporate real estate service provider. He held the position of VP of Broker Operations. His responsibilities included various internal process and e-business development tools including the conception and implementation of Lotus Notes to track and manage brokerage transactions on-line, in the 30 US and 6 international company-owned offices. Prior to joining Equis, Mr. Bayhack was the COO for Dearborn Development Corp. Mr. Bayhack came to the US in 1986 from South Africa, where he was a Chartered Accountant (CPA), and worked for Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor.
